    A leading global provider of contract manufacturing services for nutritional supplements is seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to support continued growth. This role is responsible for cultivating new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate brings a solutions-oriented sales approach aligned with the company’s manufacturing capabilities and strategic goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    New Business Development

    • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

    • Deliver customized presentations to potential clients.

    • Attend trade shows, conduct in-person meetings, and participate in facility tours.

    • Convert prospects into active clients to meet sales targets.

    Account Management

    • Set and meet annual sales budgets for assigned customers.

    • Implement account growth strategies to drive revenue.

    • Conduct quarterly client visits for business reviews, innovation sessions, and relationship development.

    Reporting & Strategy

    • Provide weekly updates on project status and budget progress.

    • Maintain knowledge of competitive offerings, industry trends, and technical developments.

    • Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 years of sales experience; nutraceutical or supplement industry background strongly preferred.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Willingness to travel 30% or more.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    • Valid driver’s license required.

    $155,000 per year
