Overview Paul Davis Restoration is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Commercial Business Development Manager who knows how to hunt, win, and grow business. This is not a passive account management role—this is a true sales position for someone who thrives on building a pipeline, getting in front of decision-makers, and closing opportunities.
You’ll be expected to own your territory, create momentum, and drive revenue through consistent activity, strong relationships, and relentless follow-up. If you’re competitive, confident, and motivated by results, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
Own and grow commercial revenue within your territory
Prospect daily through cold calls, drop-ins, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
Get in front of property managers, facility managers, and insurance professionals
Create urgency and move opportunities from first contact to closed deal
Represent Paul Davis in the market with confidence and professionalism
Stay highly visible with consistent in-person visits and follow-up
Track all activity and pipeline in CRM
Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Qualifications
2+ years of outside sales or business development experience
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or service-based sales is a plus
CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
Valid driver’s license
Work Environment
Field-based, high-activity role
Daily prospecting, drop-ins, and client meetings
Occasional evenings and networking events
