From water and flood damage, to fire damage and mold remediation, Paul Davis franchise professionals are available 24/7 to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. Founded in 1966, Paul Davis is a rapidly growing network of more than 370 independently owned and operated franchises in the United States and Canada. Paul Davis will grow to become over a $2 Billion business in the next 5 years.

    Position: Business Development Manager

    Hours/Week: Full-time, 40+ hours

    Compensation:

    Strong base salary commensurate with experience plus commission

    Commision & Bonus opportunities

    Reports To: Owner

    Territory: Pasadena, San Gabriel Valley, & NELA

    Summary:

    To increase awareness of the Paul Davis brand

    To promote the services of Paul Davis

    To build industry relationships

    Responsibilities:

    Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and client calls

    Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits

    Manage marketing programs found on the Marketing Activity Planner (MAP)

    Enforce Brand Standards

    Manage CRM, manage marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, and referrals

    Collaborate with the franchisor, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Regional Marketing Manager

    Create social media plan, monitor all reviews and feedback and reply/ follow-up accordingly

    Attend business networking functions to promote the business

    Coordinate and manage community and charitable events

    Schedule, manage, and present Continuing Education courses

    Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested

    Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basis

    Qualifications:

    Two or more years’ sales and marketing experience

    Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience ideal
