Business Development Manager — Healthcare

Pioneer Diagnostics & Imaging is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Business Development Manager to support the growth of our diagnostic imaging services. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives on relationship-building, community outreach, and strategic marketing within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

Travel to physician offices, clinics, hospitals, and community partners to promote our services

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while actively developing new referral sources

Represent the organization at networking functions, health fairs, and community events

Coordinate and participate in marketing initiatives, outreach programs, and promotional campaigns

Support social media and brand awareness activities

Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for market growth

Track outreach activities and provide regular reports on business development efforts

Requirements

Healthcare experience REQUIRED (diagnostic imaging, medical sales, hospital, clinic, or related field)

Proven experience in business development, marketing, or physician relations preferred

Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Willingness to travel locally and attend evening/weekend events as needed

Professional demeanor with strong relationship-building skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
