Now Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM)
You’re not just selling parts; you’re building partnerships and igniting growth. We’re searching for a strategic, savvy, and passionate BDM who’s ready to take the wheel and drive our expansion beyond e-commerce into national accounts and more. If you're a results-driven leader with deep roots in the automotive aftermarket world, this is your lane.
What You'll Be Doing:
Build & grow relationships with national aftermarket accounts
Identify opportunities by analyzing trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Craft killer strategies to drive sales growth; tailored, smart, and impactful
Represent PPW at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
Collaborate across teams (product, marketing, ops, support) to align and execute growth plans
Share insights from the field to inform product direction and go-to-market strategy
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and KPIs
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years in strategic sales/account management within the automotive aftermarket
Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field
Deep knowledge of aftermarket distribution channels: WDs, jobbers, and e-comm
Up-to-date on automotive aftermarket trends
A true gearhead — bonus points if you wrench on your own ride
Power user of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities with a confident, persuasive style
Self-starter with a strategic mindset and “get it done” energy
Comfortable juggling multiple accounts and travel (up to 50%)
Location & Work Setup:
Irvine, CA – onsite highly preferred (Remote options available for the right candidate)
Some travel (up to 50%, occasional overnights) required
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Competitive salary $90,000 - $120,000/year (DOE)
