Now Hiring: Business Development Manager
We are looking for an experienced individual to lead our new channel development initiative.
What You'll Be Doing:
Developing targeted traditional distributor partner lists, prioritizing sales steps to reach revenue growth.
Calling on potential accounts, establishing relationships. You are expected to be able to start the contact on day one of your job!
Building a sales and service team to meet channel growth target.
Advising leadership on channel growth strategy and key target account development.
Attending industry events, presenting on behalf of the company and our brands, visiting / cold calling target accounts.
Your performance KPI will be measuring on the businesses you can successfully bring in.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years sales experience in the automotive aftermarket.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Must have demonstrated knowledge of the automotive aftermarket traditional distribution channel. Prior experience at WDs or manufacturing brands are highly desirable.
Established relationship with leading US warehouse distributors a big plus. You are expected to join us with a list of people you can call.
Fluent of Microsoft Office Suite.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities with a confident, persuasive style.
Self-starter with a strategic mindset and “get it done” energy
Location & Work Setup:
Irvine, CA – onsite highly preferred (Remote options available for the right candidate)
Some travel (up to 50%, occasional overnights) required
Must be authorized to work in the U.S without limitations.

Competitive compensation $90,000 - $120,000/year (DOE)
