We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our proactive plumbing and drain maintenance program in Columbus. This isn’t a transactional sales job - you’ll build strong, lasting relationships with restaurant owners, facilities managers, and multi-unit operators, helping them prevent costly downtime while creating predictable, long-term income for yourself.     • Base salary: $60,000 – $70,000
    • Uncapped commission structure with on-target earnings of $110,000+ in Year 1

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Prospect, present, and close new restaurant and commercial accounts for proactive maintenance agreements
    • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, consistently achieving goals based on Total Contract Value (TCV)
    • Partner with service leadership to conduct on-site assessments and develop tailored proposals
    • Educate decision-makers on the operational and financial benefits of proactive maintenance
    • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, renewals, and upsells to ensure long-term customer satisfaction
    • Grow the territory through renewals, referrals, and expanded account relationships

    We’re It If This Is You

    • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in facility services, maintenance contracts, HVAC, or related industries
    • Experienced selling recurring revenue or contract-based solutions
    • Existing relationships in the Columbus restaurant or hospitality market are a plus
    • Skilled at prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing in competitive environments
    • Excellent communicator, organized, and polished in presentations
    • Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable working independently
