    Ag 1 Source is looking for a Business Development Manager to partner with ag retailers, cooperatives, and distribution partners throughout the U.S., with a primary emphasis in Texas. This opportunity is focused on expanding the footprint of a U.S.-based manufacturer by establishing and growing its products within production agriculture markets.

    What you will be doing:

    • Identify and develop distribution channels within production agriculture to achieve sales and growth objectives
    • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with ag retailers, cooperatives, and distribution partners
    • Work closely with retail partners to position products at the farm gate and support grower adoption
    • Collaborate with internal teams to execute market strategies and support long-term growth initiatives
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and market feedback to support company planning and projections

    A successful candidate for this Business Development Manager role will possess the following:

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in an agriculture-related field
    • 5+ years of experience in production agriculture sales, marketing, or business development
    • Strong understanding of row crop production systems and regional agronomic practices
    • Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with ag retailers and distribution partners
    • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, manufacturing, finance, and operations teams
    • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the state of Texas

    Compensation:
    The salary range for this role will depend on the candidate’s qualifications, with a base salary of $110,000–$150,000, plus a bonus plan.
