Red Branch Outdoor Living designs and builds premium outdoor living spaces across South Alabama, including decks, patio covers, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, and custom backyard spaces. We’re looking for a relationship-driven professional to grow our business through referral partnerships, networking, community events, and industry relationships. This is not a sales closing role—you’ll focus on building trust, creating connections, and generating qualified introductions. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Build relationships with realtors, builders, landscapers, pool companies, designers, HOAs, and other referral partners • Attend networking events, meetings, and community functions • Coordinate lunch-and-learns and partner presentations • Maintain referral partner activity in our CRM • Generate qualified introductions for the sales team • Follow up consistently and strengthen partner relationships • Share market feedback and new opportunities with the team What Success Looks Like: • New referral partners developed • Meetings and networking activities completed • Qualified leads and appointments generated • Referral-sourced projects sold Qualifications: Who You Are • Outgoing, professional, and trustworthy • Organized and consistent with follow-up • Comfortable networking and meeting new people • Relationship-focused without being pushy • Able to represent a premium local brand • Familiar with CRM systems and relationship management Helpful Experience Experience in business development, real estate, home services, construction, design, account management, community relations, or referral marketing is helpful but not required. Compensation: $65,000 at plan
