    LOCATION: Fort Worth, TX

    CONTEXT: Our client is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to drive pipeline activity, improve sales execution, and ensure revenue opportunities are captured from lead to cash. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role supporting sales, operations, and leadership by turning market data into actionable opportunities and ensuring consistent follow-through across quoting, renewals, and collections.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Pipeline Development & Lead Generation

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities using platforms such as Dodge, Civix, CivCast, and similar construction/project databases.
    • Monitor permitting activity, awarded contracts, and upcoming projects to generate qualified leads.
    • Target a broad customer base including construction, industrial, government, and events.

    Revenue Execution & Sales Support

    • Ensure timely follow-up on all inbound and outbound opportunities.
    • Support quoting, order entry, and rental coordination.
    • Track renewals and ensure contract extensions are captured.
    • Assist with collections follow-up and revenue recovery.

    CRM & Process Ownership

    • Own and maintain CRM data accuracy (HubSpot or similar).
    • Track lead lifecycle from prospecting through closed/won.
    • Build and maintain activity tracking, pipeline reporting, and dashboards.
    • Identify gaps in the funnel and proactively address revenue leakage.

    Reporting & Revenue Visibility

    • Develop simple, actionable reporting for leadership.
    • Highlight pipeline health, conversion rates, and missed opportunities.
    • Create templates and workflows to improve sales consistency.

    Cross-Functional Coordination

    • Partner with sales, operations, and leadership to align priorities.
    • Run and facilitate weekly revenue/pipeline meetings.
    • Track action items and ensure accountability across the team.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, inside sales, or business development support.
    • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
    • Experience using construction/project lead platforms (Dodge, Civix, CivCast, etc.) strongly preferred.
    • Background in construction services, equipment rentals, logistics, field services, or site services preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate information into action.
    • High sense of urgency and ownership.
  • Compensation
    $90,000-$120,000 per year
