Restoration 1 of Dulles is hiring a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the property damage and restoration industry. This is a B2B, partnership-based sales role focused on building strong referral networks.
Key Responsibilities
Develop relationships with referral partners such as plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, insurance agents, and public adjusters
Maintain consistent communication and long-term partnerships
Promote our certified restoration services and the value we bring to clients
Help create mutually beneficial relationships by returning work to partners when possible
Ensure all shared customers are treated with professionalism and care
Create and execute sales strategies to drive growth
Attend networking and industry events
Track sales activity and provide reports to leadership
Qualifications
Experience in business development or B2B sales (restoration or related industry preferred)
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Self-motivated and organized
Understanding of the restoration industry is a plus
Willing to travel locally for meetings and events
