About the Role
ServiceMaster Restoration Services is expanding in the Atlanta market and is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth through insurance agents, trade partners, and commercial clients.
This role is ideal for a motivated B2B sales professional who enjoys building relationships, asking for business, and being rewarded directly for the revenue they generate. The position offers uncapped earning potential, clear expectations, and long-term growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Develop and manage a defined, high-density territory in the Atlanta area
Build relationships with insurance agents (P&C), trade partners (plumbers, HVAC), and commercial decision-makers
Proactively ask for restoration work and convert opportunities into jobs
Generate new revenue consistently each month
Build repeat referral relationships
Track activity and opportunities in the CRM
Represent the ServiceMaster brand professionally at all times
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with direct sales conversations and asking for business
Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
Results-driven and competitive mindset
Professional, respectful, and team-oriented
Prior B2B sales, restoration, construction, or insurance experience is a plus
Compensation & Earnings
This is a performance-based role with significant upside.
Monthly Performance Guarantee: $2,000
Commission (paid on collected revenue):
$0–$150,000 → 6%
$150,001–$400,000 → 8%
$400,001+ → 10%
Assigned / inbound work: 1% when actively worked and logged Residual income: 2% for 12 months on accounts you originate
There is no cap on earnings.
