We are an established locally owned property restoration company serving Horry and Georgetown Counties. When property managers, plumbers, HVAC companies, and insurance agents need a trusted restoration partner, we are the company they call.
This is a structured, field-based business development role focused on business-to-business relationship building — not retail sales and not a desk job.
Compensation & Tools for Success
Base salary approximately $45,000
Uncapped performance incentives
Expected total compensation: $65,000–$100,000+ for consistent performers
$20,000+ annual bonus is the performance standard

What You’ll Do
Maintain a structured weekly schedule of in-person business visits (approximately 15–20 professional visits per day / 80 per week)
Build and maintain referral partnerships with local business such as property managers, trade contractors, and insurance professionals
Participate in local networking groups and industry events
Represent the company professionally in the marketplace
Document visits and follow-ups in the CRM daily
