Job Brief
As the Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of promoting our wastewater mobile solutions, driving adoption across diverse industries, and solidifying our position as a leader in the water treatment sector.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze new market opportunities with a special emphasis on
- mobile water treatment solutions.
- Develop strategies to position our mobile units as flexible,
- cost-effective options for clients facing temporary or emergency water
- treatment needs.
- Drive prospecting efforts to acquire clients across diverse industrial sectors,
- such as oil & gas, chemical, and manufacturing.
- Work closely with project management to ensure timely and successful
- project delivery.
- Collaborate with the project management team to address challenges and
- implement improvements.
- Support team by monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resource
- allocation.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive
- feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and advantageous business agreements.
- Ensure regular follow-up and maintain high client satisfaction levels.
- Integrate best practices for health, safety, and environment (HSE).
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in chemical, water, environmental science, or
- a related field (or equivalent).
- Expertise in water treatment technologies with a focus on mobile and
- modular systems (DAF, Filtration and biological).
- Proven track record in sales and project management involving mobile
- services or equipment.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Leadership and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic decision-making capability.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
