Business Development Manager – Sensors - Semiconductors
Job Description
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 3 year with a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience in business development, FAE, AE, product management, or a related role within the semiconductor industry.
Proven experience in developing and executing business strategies, especially within the sensors or semiconductor sectors.
Technical and Market Knowledge:
Advanced understanding of sensor technologies, such as MEMS, Position, Capacitive, Impedance, Temperature, Flow, Force or Pressure Sensors and their applications.
Demonstrated ability to understand market dynamics, industry challenges, and customer needs in relation to sensor solutions.
Circuit Simulation and Altium PCB Layout Software is a plus
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex data, assess trends, and develop strategic recommendations.
Experience in problem-solving within a business context, with a proven ability to adapt and develop solutions to complex challenges.
Proficient in CRM tools with strong data analysis abilities to drive strategic development
Communication and Influence:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders on business objectives.
Experience in adapting communication style to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
