    Key Responsibilities:

    · Maintain and develop key account plans together with regular reporting to senior management.

    · Source and generate new leads through networking, calling, attending industry events, and utilizing CRM tools.

    · Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understand their needs and present tailored solutions to foster long- term partnerships.

    · Work with existing clients to identify additional business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

    · Create proposals and presentations for upper-level management outlining the company values and addressing client requirements.

    · Identify and secure strategic partnerships with other companies to expand market reach and product offerings.

    · Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

    · Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and provide insight to leadership.

    · Pre-screen employment applications and complete phone interviews if needed for potential candidates prior to in-person interviews with upper-level management.

    As Needed:

    · Respond to urgent emails and field service when needed to minimize downtime and build customer relationships.

    · Working closely with account managers/CEO to retain customers

    · Develop new solutions to meet customer needs

    · Create and implement strategies for business growth

    · Update CRM

    · OSHA, Signal, etc. Training.

    · Ensure that all personal Expense Reports, Per Diems, and/or Job Sheets are completed and turned in accordingly.

    · Code non-job-related Expense Reports (999) and send to accounting@southernthrusters.com

    for processing and entry into GP **

    · Communicate with upper-level management and service team on ongoing projects that may need site visits.

    · Leverage various social media platforms to expand and promote company products and services.

    Required Skills:

    · Strong communication skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas, negotiate deals, and build close relationships with clients.

    · Sales:

    Sales skills include qualification, objection handling, and closing techniques.

    · Market Knowledge:

    Deep understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and competitor landscape.

    · Relationship Building:

    The ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers, improving communication and trust.

    · Analytical Skills:

    The ability to solve problems, understand complex situations, and think critically.

    · Strategic Thinking and Goal Setting:

    Execute strategic business plans to achieve long-term growth objectives.

    · Networking Skills:

    Effective networking capabilities to build a strong professional network.

    Bonus Plan:

    Eligible for an annual bonus plan based on company growth. Targets set by upper-level management and BOD as needed.
