Business Development Manager – Detroit (Manufacturing / Hardware)
We’re working with a long-established global manufacturer that provides advanced solutions used across industries ranging from automotive to technology and large-scale operations. Their products help power critical systems and keep complex equipment running efficiently, with customers that include some of the world’s most recognized brands.
As the company grows its U.S. presence, they are seeking a fully remote Business Development Manager based in Detroit to focus on selling physical hardware and owning the full sales life-cycle. This role blends new business development with account management, offering the chance to open new doors while deepening partnerships with existing accounts.
Compensation: Up to $100,000 – $130,000 Base salary DOE + Bonus/Commission OTE up to 50% of base salary
Location: This is a remote role based in Detroit with regular in-person client interaction and regional travel 30-40% of the time. Candidates must be in Detroit.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of sales/business development experience selling physical hardware products
5+ years of experience owning the sales cycle from end to end
Proven ability to manage long and complex sales cycles.
Fluency in Mandarin is required (reading/writing/speaking)
