Business Development Manager – OEM

A leader in the industrial manufacturing/OEM space is hiring a Business Development Manager to cover a Texas and surrounding states territory. This role involves selling into major OEMs and engine manufacturers in the power generation and oil & gas markets. You’ll drive new business, manage customer relationships, and travel extensively (~60%) to build the territory.

Must-Haves:

• Sales/business development experience
• Engine/OEM knowledge
• Mechanical aptitude
• Willingness to travel

Pluses:

• Oil & gas sales experience
• Data center power generation knowledge
• CRM proficiency

Compensation: Competitive with uncapped commissions. Mid-six figures OTE.

Location: Remote, based in Texas/surrounding states.

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000
