    Uptown Blanco Arts & Entertainment, LTD is looking for an applicant who is well versed in retail, restaurant, facilities and event management. The ideal candidate has the ability to manage and guide the various historic venues, staff and facilities through day to day activities as well as special events. Responsibilities: We are looking for a talented, forward-thinking applicant with well-rounded experience in facilities, restaurant, event, and retail management. • Oversee all employees via their direct managers. • Oversee and initiate advertising for all lines of business, approve and track projects and expenses. • Maintain all licensing/permits for all lines of business. • Oversee all aspects of social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc). • Oversee retail/restaurant/courtyard/ballroom events and menus. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks Pro. • Develops, reviews, updates, and implements business strategic planning, including sales and financial performance. • Reviews the preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation, financial reporting, budgetary planning, and submittal for capital expenditures. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess or be willing to learn certain skills and qualities. These skills/qualities include: • Organized, meticulous attention to detail. • Must be effective in listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by Managers and employees. • Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data. • Excellent time management. • Computer literate - Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks Pro, Social Medial accounts, and other programs as needed. • Exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally, and 20 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. • Ability to train, coordinate, and lead employees. Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly dependent on experience
