We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives in the room, not behind a screen. Someone who can turn a handshake into a partnership, a panel into a pipeline, and a breakfast meetup into measurable growth.
✨ What You’ll Do
Represent the brand at veterinary conferences, panels, and networking events
Build authentic relationships with practice owners and strategic partners
Host and coordinate side events (think: breakfasts, meetups, panels)
Turn warm conversations into qualified leads and business opportunities
Partner with the internal sales team for seamless handoffs
Qualifications
What You Bring
5+ years of business development or relationship-based sales experience.
Confidence leading discussions, panels, or client trainings.
Strong communication and organization skills.
Experience within veterinary, healthcare, or professional services is a plus.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and passion for helping others grow.
