    The Business Development Rep is responsible for building and nurturing business and client relationships. The Business Development Manager will work collaboratively and is responsible for managing and tracking marketing and business development efforts, outcomes, and opportunities. The Business Development Rep is a professional-level, part-time position. Hybrid/Remote work is not offered at our firm. • Hourly Pay: $23–$26 per hour (depending on experience) • 401(k) Retirement Plan: Participate in the Firm’s 401(k) with a 3% match on contributions • Health Insurance: The Firm covers a pre-selected base cost of the employee’s medical premium; employees are responsible for any dependent premiums • Optional Insurance: Dental and vision insurance are available at your own cost • Additional Benefits: After your first 60 days, you’ll have access to a wide range of optional benefits through our partnership with ADP, including: • Short-term and long-term disability • Life insurance • Pet insurance • And many other supplemental coverage options • Paid Time Off & Holidays: 16 available PTO days per year, 6 paid holidays throughout the year, plus our traditional firm-wide holiday firm closure from Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day (Monday-Thursday are paid during this break) Responsibilities: • Strengthen current networking relationships • Identify markets and grow current networks to include more diverse, profitable networking partners • Contact professionals and other people who are in the “supply chain” of our ideal clients to establish business relationships and meet with them • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure monthly priority touches and ROIs are met and documented in the firm’s referral tracker • Communicate a strong understanding of company services as well as the unique value proposition of the owner of the firm • Lead the adaptation of business development for their office location and audiences while staying true to the brand • Work closely with the owner and marketing to analyze key business drivers and develop action plans to optimize opportunities to drive the business • Coordinate and schedule all meetings between the owner and professional contacts, including preparing any materials necessary for the meetings and ensuring that all commitments made by the firm representative are fulfilled in a timely manner Qualifications: **Education & Experience ** • Demonstrated record of success in building and leveraging strong professional networks • A minimum of five years of track record of high impact as a Business Development Manager, Account Executive, or Marketing Specialist • Law firm or personal injury market knowledge is not required, but a plus • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Professional and empathetic demeanor, especially when handling sensitive matters • Someone who takes initiative and thrives in a collaborative setting Compensation: $30 - $33 hourly
