A well-established thermoforming company is seeking a new Business Development Manager to support of their packaging business. With the continued investment in the business - including another new inline thin gauge thermoformer coming late this year - they have capacity and are looking to keep up their growth curve.
An existing $2M book of business will be transferred - the current BDM is shifting to another part of the larger business. The need is about driving revenue via farming with the existing clients... and hunting to open up new business channels and clients. It is all custom products, and they have full tooling, prototyping, and sampling capabilities onsite.
The markets they serve are pharma packaging, med device packaging, consumer packaging, and even some automotive products. It's a great company with a great culture, and they are looking for a long-term new team member!
