WorkMed California is a boutique, physician-led workers' compensation medical group focused on providing personalized care to injured workers. We’re rapidly expanding our footprint in the Fresno region and are hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our new patient growth initiatives. What You’ll Do As our BDM, you will take full ownership of new patient acquisition strategy and implementation. This includes:

    • Building long-term relationships with applicant attorneys, case managers, and community organizations

    • Promoting our services as a high-quality alternative to large corporate clinics

    • Supporting MPN exception education, PTP change requests, and denied case support

    • Coordinating with marketing vendors to launch targeted digital campaigns

    • Hosting events or meetings to educate law firms and local partners about our services

    • Tracking leads, intake growth, and community engagement through a CRM or structured dashboard Note: This position complies with all California and federal regulations. Compensation is not based on individual referrals, but on verified clinic-wide growth milestones. What We’re Looking For Minimum Requirements:

    • 2+ years in business development, physician outreach, healthcare sales, or legal marketing

    • Strong network or working knowledge of Fresno’s workers' compensation, personal injury, or occupational health ecosystem

    • Confident communicator and self-starter with a track record of hitting growth goals

    • Detail-oriented with basic CRM or pipeline tracking experience Preferred but Not Required:

    • Experience with MPN navigation, QME process, or medical-legal marketing
