    Job Description

    Our Fortune 100 financial services client is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Manager to join their North America Marketing Services team on a long-term consulting engagement. This individual will be responsible for managing new business processes across multiple client segments, including issuers, merchants, co-brand partners, and FinTech companies, by developing compelling RFP responses, pitch decks, and marketing collaterals that position the organization as a strategic leader in the payments and marketing space.

    The ideal candidate is a proactive, creative marketer and communicator with a strong background in business development, marketing strategy, and RFP management.

    The Details:

    • Location: Fully remote within the United States
    • Duration: Approximately a 6-month consulting role with potential for extension

    ** What you’ll do:**

    • Lead RFP response efforts across North America, crafting strategic, customized proposals and pitch materials that demonstrate the company’s value to prospective and existing clients.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing, sales, consulting, and product teams to gather input and develop compelling marketing narratives.
    • Create and maintain an RFP repository to improve efficiency and streamline content development for future opportunities.
    • Support client marketers and provide teams with strategic business development materials that drive engagement and revenue growth.
    • Develop thought leadership and content strategy deliverables to educate clients on key marketing trends and opportunities.
    • Partner with internal and client stakeholders to design and execute marketing campaigns that leverage data-driven insights and best practices.
    • Demonstrate creativity and innovation through effective problem-solving, recommending new approaches to elevate client engagements.
    • Manage ad-hoc requests from senior leadership, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred.
    • 8+ years of experience in marketing, business development, consulting, or RFP/sales enablement roles.
    • Proven experience managing end-to-end RFP and sales pitch processes for complex organizations.
    • Strong background in issuer or merchant marketing, financial services, or client service environments preferred.
    • Experience designing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns (paid social, search, email, direct mail, etc.) across the customer lifecycle.
    • Exceptional presentation development, writing, and visual storytelling skills using PowerPoint and other design tools.
    • Strong analytical and project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

    Additional Information

    The starting pay range for this role is $60-65 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
