    RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing a leading national non-bank lender specializing in SBA, conventional C.R.E., and business financing that is expanding aggressively across Las Vegas, NV.

    With a strong capital base, a broad product suite, and bi-monthly securitizations ensuring consistent funding, the firm is seeking dynamic, high-energy originators to join its growth team.

    These roles—available at VP through SVP levels—offer the autonomy, resources, and speed of execution not found in traditional banks.

    Business Development Officers will drive new loan production, cultivate referral networks, and originate transactions across SBA CRE, non-SBA owner-user CRE, and investor financing programs, with loan sizes typically ranging from $150K to $17.5M.

    Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:

    • Generate and manage high-volume commercial loan production across SBA, owner-user, and investor CRE segments.
    • Build and maintain referral networks across assigned territories, with an emphasis on Florida markets.
    • Leverage flexible lending programs, including 30-year fixed, light-doc, bank-statement, and foreign-national products.
    • Collaborate with internal Business Development Coordinators (BDCs) who manage documentation and back-office processing.
    • Maintain strong public presence and local visibility through events, conferences, and relationship-driven outreach.
    • Deliver consistent production targets while representing the firm’s fast, flexible, and client-centered culture.
    • Positions available statewide; compensation includes base salary, car/tech/office allowance, and bi-weekly commission payouts with no holdbacks.
