    Business Development Operations Manager

We’re seeking a Business Development Operations Manager to help drive a fast-moving, acquisition-focused organization backed by one of the premier private equity groups in the industry. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who wants to accelerate their career, gain deep exposure to M&A, and play a meaningful role in scaling a high-growth platform.

In this role, you’ll manage the full diligence and closing process for new acquisitions—coordinating work across internal teams, sellers, advisors, and integration partners. You’ll keep projects moving smoothly from LOI to close while ensuring clarity, accountability, and a strong experience for all stakeholders. A key part of the role includes supporting financial diligence and managing Quality of Earnings (QoE) workstreams to surface insights, risks, and key deal drivers.

This is a high-impact position with significant room for personal and professional growth. You’ll learn directly from experienced leaders, build a broad M&A toolkit, and contribute to the rapid evolution of a PE-backed platform.

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead and organize end-to-end diligence for multiple active deals.
    • Coordinate legal, financial, tax, HR, operational, and integration workstreams.
    • Manage and interpret Quality of Earnings (QoE) deliverables and financial diligence findings.
    • Maintain deal trackers, timelines, and reporting to keep all parties aligned.
    • Run check-ins, drive communication, and ensure follow-through across stakeholders.
    • Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and continuously improve the diligence process.

    What You Bring

    • 3–7 years in project management, corporate development, consulting, transaction services, or related experience.
    • Hands-on involvement with Quality of Earnings (QoE) or financial diligence.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced workstreams.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
    • A proactive, detail-oriented, team-first mindset.

If you are energized by the pace of M&A, eager to develop new skills, and excited to work within a high-performing PE-backed environment, this role offers the growth and exposure to take your career to the next level.
