Key Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new client relationships with companies actively hiring
Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to signed agreement
Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure successful placements
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record in sales, preferably with client relationships within entertainment, advertising, marketing, etc. If you haver worked in a consulting capacity, or staffing that would be great.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Ability to operate independently without the need for micromanagement
Existing network in entertainment, experiential, brand, advertising, etc.
