    BLT Recruiting is a boutique recruiting firm specializing in placing top talent across entertainment, marketing, advertising, CPG, and experiential. As we continue to grow, we are seeking driven, self-directed sales professionals who are motivated by performance and earning potential.

    This is a commission-only opportunity designed for individuals who want full ownership of their results and income.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prospect and develop new client relationships with companies actively hiring

    • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to signed agreement

    • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure successful placements

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • Proven track record in sales, preferably with client relationships within entertainment, advertising, marketing, etc.  If you haver worked in a consulting capacity, or staffing that would be great.

    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership

    • Ability to operate independently without the need for micromanagement

    • Existing network in entertainment, experiential, brand, advertising, etc.
