    Overview

    We are a growing restoration company focused on water damage mitigation and reconstruction, and we are looking for a motivated, independent rep to expand our presence across Austin.

    This is a 1099, commission-only opportunity for someone who wants flexibility, uncapped earning potential, and the ability to build a long-term book of business.

    What You’ll Do

    Build and maintain relationships with:

    Property management companies

    Apartment communities / HOAs

    Commercial facilities

    Introduce our company and position us as a reliable, go-to vendor

    Stay in consistent contact with partners and remain top-of-mind

    Generate mitigation and reconstruction opportunities through your network and outreach

    This role is about earning long-term partnerships, not transactional selling.

    Compensation (Commission Only)

    8–10% commission on mitigation jobs

    $1,000–$2,000 per reconstruction job

    Uncapped earning potential

    This is a commission-only role. Income is performance-based and may take 30–60 days to ramp up.

    Example: A $30,000 mitigation job = $2,400–$3,000 earned

    This opportunity is best suited for someone who already operates in or around:

    Property management

    Commercial real estate

    Facilities/construction services

    You should have:

    Existing relationships OR regular access to property managers or commercial decision-makers

    The ability to get meetings and build trust quickly

    Preferred Background (Not Required)

    Experience in restoration, construction, property management, or B2B services

    Real estate agents working with investors or distressed properties

    Vendor-side reps (janitorial, HVAC, security, etc.) calling on similar clients

    This is a 1099 independent contractor role (not W-2 employment)

    You control your schedule and how you generate business

    Income is performance-based and is not guaranteed; it may take 30–60 days to ramp

    We do not pay for referrals or engage in any form of kickbacks—business is earned through service and relationships
