    About Ciprus Consulting Ciprus Consulting is a San Diego–based Managed Service Provider (MSP) with more than 10 years of experience supporting nonprofit organizations. We deliver IT services, cybersecurity, and technology solutions that allow mission-driven organizations to focus on their people and their impact.

    We are seeking an experienced Business Development & Partnerships Coordinator to join us in a part-time, flexible capacity. This role is for someone who brings proven strategies, community relationships, and a track record of results — not someone starting from scratch.

    What You’ll Do

    Drive business development with a clear, results-oriented plan.

    Leverage your nonprofit and MSP/IT services experience to generate qualified opportunities.

    Build and manage a pipeline of organizations aligned with Ciprus’s services.

    Represent Ciprus with credibility at nonprofit and community events in San Diego.

    Work directly with leadership to refine strategies and share approaches that have delivered results.

    What We’re Looking For

    Experience in business development for an MSP, IT services provider, or technology firm.

    Connections in the nonprofit sector — San Diego ties strongly preferred.

    A track record of building and executing strategies that produced measurable growth.

    Ability to contribute quickly without extensive ramp-up.

    Relationship-driven approach that emphasizes trust and long-term partnerships.

    Compensation & Growth

    Base salary plus commission/bonus.

    Part-time, flexible schedule (approx. 15–25 hours per week).
