Now we’re looking for a driven Inside & Outside Sales Consultant who wants more than just taking orders — someone who wants to build relationships, manage projects end-to-end, and grow a book of business they’re proud of.

    What This Role Is Really About

    This is a full-cycle sales role. You’ll guide clients from their first call or visit all the way through completed installation. You’ll ask great questions, uncover real needs, recommend solutions, and coordinate with our internal teams to deliver outstanding results.

    You won’t be micromanaged — but you will be supported, coached, and held accountable.

    What You’ll Do...

    Sales & Client Experience

    Lead consultative sales conversations that uncover client goals and challenges

    Create clear, accurate estimates and written project scopes

    Set expectations around timelines, pricing, and next steps — and follow through

    Review proofs carefully to ensure accuracy and alignment with client expectations

    Communicate proactively so clients are never left guessing

    Project Ownership

    Own each project from quote to completion

    Coordinate closely with production, design, and operations teams

    Identify potential issues early and help prevent rework

    Ensure details are right before work goes into production

    Prospecting & Growth

    Consistently prospect and follow up to generate new opportunities

    Manage inbound leads and conduct outside sales visits as needed

    Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new and repeat business

    What We’re Looking For

    3+ years of B2B or consultative sales experience

    Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

    Highly organized with excellent follow-through

    Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

    Experience using CRM tools to track activity and pipeline

    Sign, print, or related industry experience is a plus — but not required

    Valid driver’s license for outside sales visits
