    Location: Remote Company: Gypsy Life LLC Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Performance Incentives

    About the Role

    We’re looking for a driven, self-motivated Business Development / Sales Professional to help grow our business by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, accountability, and performance-based upside.

    You will be responsible for expanding our client base, managing the full sales cycle, and acting as a front-line ambassador of our brand.

    Key Responsibilities

    Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

    Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution

    Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers

    Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure smooth project handoff

    Track pipeline activity, forecasts, and performance metrics

    Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

    What We’re Looking For

    Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management

    Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

    Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline

    Results-oriented mindset with a hunger to win

    Comfortable selling value, not just price

    Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools preferred

    Industry experience in [construction / industrial / utility services / oil & gas / mining / nuclear / solar / data centers ] is a plus
