    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand zTrip’s customer base and market share
    • Develop strategic partnerships with local businesses, corporate clients, and community organizations
    • Conduct market research and analyze trends to guide sales and marketing strategies
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals that create long-term value
    • Collaborate with internal teams to design and launch targeted marketing campaigns
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
    • Represent zTrip at local events, industry conferences, and networking opportunities
    • Track performance metrics and report progress to leadership

    What We’re Looking For

    • 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or account management
    • Proven ability to identify leads, close deals, and exceed sales targets
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • Strategic thinker with strong execution and adaptability
    • Highly self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting market data
    • Experience in transportation, logistics, or a related industry is a plus
