Break the ice – with our famous PINK PLUNGERS, which get everyone to stop to look, and then it gets everyone talking! You'll be the face of our brand—engaging local businesses, building referral networks, and cross-promoting our restoration partner, PuroClean.

This is not a desk job. It’s a field-based, B2B relationship role with big upside for someone who knows how to connect, follow up, and hustle.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent 1-Tom-Plumber as the primary brand—think pink plungers and fast plumbing response.

• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, HOAs, commercial managers, and real estate pros.

• Execute a structured weekly route.

• Own your job referrals to ensure satisfaction and continued business.

• Attend and host networking events, lunch-and-learns, and community events.

• Identify and refer opportunities to PuroClean for water, mold, and fire damage clean-up.

• Keep detailed records in HubSpot CRM—referrals, follow-ups, and weekly reports.

• Post field visits to social media (We’ll train you if needed).

Performance Targets:

• 50+ visits per week

• 2 lunch-and-learns hosted monthly

• Weekly CRM activity and reporting

What You Bring:

• Charisma and confidence—you love people and they remember you

• Self-driven and highly organized

• Experience or aptitude in B2B sales, property services, restoration, or plumbing, just a plus

• Clean driving record and reliable transportation

• Comfortable using or learning CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
