Business Development Representative — B2B Outreach (Part-Time, 20–25 hrs/week)

Who we are
Infinite Roofing Solutions is a residential and commercial roofing company serving Fresno, Clovis, and the Central Valley — California's only 5-Star Certified Roof Maxx dealer.
The role
You are the face of our company in the community. This is not cold telemarketing and it is not door knocking homeowners. It's relationship building with local businesses and professionals who send roofing work our way: real estate offices, property managers, HOA boards, insurance agents, and commercial building owners.
What you'll do
Attend Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, BNI, and local networking events on our behalf
Visit real estate offices, property management companies, and insurance agencies to introduce our company
Make B2B calls and emails to build and maintain a referral pipeline
Set introduction meetings and lunch-and-learns for our owner and commercial team
Track every contact, conversation, and follow-up in our CRM
Represent Infinite Roofing professionally — you are our first impression
What we're looking for
Must live in the Fresno/Clovis area and know the community
Outgoing, professional, and genuinely likable — comfortable walking into a room of strangers
Reliable transportation, valid CA driver's license, and willingness to drive locally (mileage covered)
Organized enough to keep a follow-up list and actually work it
B2B sales, outside sales, real estate, insurance, or community/nonprofit experience is a plus
Schedule
20–25 hours a week with real flexibility — build your week around morning meetings, mid-day office visits, and the occasional evening networking event. Great fit for someone who wants meaningful part-time work that fits around school hours.
Compensation
Hourly base plus bonus for qualified referral relationships and commercial opportunities that turn into work.
