Role Summary
We are looking for an insurance-savvy relationship builder to expand our presence in the Raleigh/Triangle market. This role is ideal for someone with a background in insurance sales, agency production, or claims-adjacent roles who wants to leverage their industry knowledge and professional network in a consultative, relationship-driven sales role.
This position focuses on developing and maintaining referral partnerships , not high-pressure selling.
What You’ll Do
Build and strengthen relationships with:
* Claims professionals and adjusters
* Property managers and commercial clients
Conduct agency visits, lunch-and-learns, and CE-focused outreach
Educate insurance professionals on:
* Mitigation vs. rebuild processes
* Proper documentation and claim support
Track activity and referrals using CRM tools
Work closely with operations teams to ensure policyholders receive excellent service
Ideal Background
Experience as an:
* Agency sales representative
* Claims or restoration liaison
Proven ability to build long-term professional relationships
Confident, polished communicator comfortable speaking with agency principals
Self-directed and organized with strong follow-through
