We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication, relationship building, and strategic account management. What You’ll Do: We’re looking for a Business Development Representative who enjoys connecting with people and building lasting partnerships, educating customers on our one-of-a-kind repair services, and helping them solve real problems
Visit 10 to 15 apartment communities, hotels, and commercial properties each workday (all leads are provided)
During each appointment with the apartment complex property manager, you will...
Build rapport with the property manager or head of maintenance
Walk through a unit to assess opportunities
Educate on our services and book repairs
Role involves reviewing sales routes, preparing calls, and performing minimal administrative tasks
Ten-minute check-in with the Owner
Introduce property and maintenance teams to Surface Experts’ repair solutions
Build trust by educating customers on how repairs save money and time compared to replacement
Follow the sales process and document your activity in the CRM
Coordinate with repair technicians and the franchise owner to ensure customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
Goal-oriented, self-starter who is coachable and eager to learn
Enjoys connecting with people and working in a team environment
Preference for candidates with property or facilities management backgrounds
No prior sales experience required, we provide all training; however previous sales experience is a plus
Professional, caring, and service-minded
Ready to thrive in a metrics-based, process-driven sales system
Valid driver’s license, clean record, and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
Territory Coverage Based out of West Orlando (Apopka, Clermont, Ocoee, Winter Garden, Celebration)
Strong communication skills — bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
