    About The Role

    We’re seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Business Development Representative to expand our referral network by building relationships with physicians, attorneys, and healthcare professionals. This is a part-time, field-based role ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys networking, and is motivated by performance-based earnings. You’ll represent our brand in the community, educate potential referral sources on our services, and drive new patient referrals across a 50-mile radius of Northern Washington-DC.

    What You'll Do

    Market Innovative diagnostics services and create more brand awareness

    Visit physician and attorney offices weekly

    Build relationships with doctors and legal teams

    You often have more control over your schedule and workload.

    What You'll Need

    1+ year of outside sales (Preferred) & Healthcare knowledge

    Prior healthcare business development experience / or knowledge of healthcare terminology

    Reliable transportation and comfort traveling locally

    Strong people skills — you enjoy networking and relationship-building

    Interest in physical therapy

    Compensation

    This role is 100% commission-based, with earnings tied directly to referral performance.
