    360clean is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our Louisville office and support franchise owners across the country. This role is focused on creating opportunities through outbound prospecting, relationship building, and appointment setting.

    As a Business Development Representative, you will identify prospective customers, engage decision-makers, and schedule qualified appointments for local owners who will conduct facility walkthroughs, prepare proposals, and close business.

    What You'll Be Doing

    Make outbound calls to businesses within certain targeted markets

    Identify and engage key decision-makers

    Build relationships with office managers, facility managers, property managers, and business owners

    Generate interest in 360clean's commercial cleaning services

    Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for the local owner

    Conduct follow-up campaigns through phone, email, and CRM tools

    Maintain accurate records of prospect activity and communications

    Consistently achieve activity and appointment-setting goals

    What We're Looking For

    Strong verbal communication skills

    Positive attitude and professional phone presence

    Ability to remain persistent and resilient through rejection

    Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

    Organized with excellent follow-up habits

    Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls (roughly 70% - 80% of your day)

    Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, telemarketing, or business development is preferred
