What You’ll Do: • Serve as the warm, knowledgeable first point of contact for potential customers, answering inquiries and building strong, lasting relationships. • Guide buyers through every step of the car purchasing process, providing clear, helpful information to ensure they feel confident and supported. • Collaborate with prospective buyers and seamlessly connect them with our expert vehicle specialists for personalized, in-depth assistance tailored to their needs. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers • Assist with customer inquiries over the phone, through text, and email while using multiple CRM systems, in a timely manner • Follow up with customers to maintain strong relationships and identify any potential issues or concerns with the car buying process • Must maintain a high standard of quality in dials, calls, and achieve target goals • Have fun! Qualifications: • US Work Authorization • 18 years or older • Customer Service Experience • Basic Computer Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions • Strong customer relationship management skills • Knowledge of the automotive industry and being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Ideal candidates should possess the following qualities: • Dependability is a must!
