As we expand our operations into Orange and Los Angeles Counties, we are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to drive growth and build strong community partnerships.

    Job Summary

    The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with healthcare facilities, government agencies, and community organizations, and promoting our ambulance services in Orange and LA Counties. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for improving emergency medical services.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop and execute a business development strategy to expand our presence in Orange and LA Counties.

    Identify and pursue new client contracts with hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and other healthcare providers.

    Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local government officials, fire departments, and healthcare administrators.

    Fully understand CMS regulations

    Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community outreach programs.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns promoting our services.

    Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

    Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.

    Qualifications

    3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the healthcare or ambulance industry.

    Strong understanding of the Orange and LA County markets and healthcare ecosystems.

    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Orange and LA Counties.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience in the ambulance or emergency medical services industry.

    Established network of contacts in the Orange and LA County healthcare community.

    Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements for ambulance services.

    Understanding of the complex ambulance regulations.
