As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Apptopia, you'll be on the front line of our growth engine: generating, contacting, and qualifying prospects to create new business opportunities. You'll engage with potential customers, uncover their business objectives, and set them up for successful demo calls with our Account Executive team.

Prospect and qualify a high volume of inbound leads from free sign-ups and other sources.
Engage directly with prospects via phone, email, and creative outreach to understand their objectives.
Develop personalized and creative messaging that resonates with decision makers.
Book qualified demo meetings for Account Executives and hit/exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
Partner closely with the sales team to refine messaging, build pipeline, and grow revenue.

1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong communication skills with excellent listening ability.
Comfort leading conversations and asking open-ended questions.

Experience in a SaaS or tech company.
Interest in finance, investing, or mobile apps.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
