    We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our presence across the Florida territory. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through outbound prospecting, relationship development, and strategic partnerships.

    Key Responsibilities

    Prospect, identify, and engage potential clients across the Florida territory

    Execute outbound sales efforts via calls, email, networking, and in-person meetings

    Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities

    Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and position solutions effectively

    Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and presentations with decision-makers

    Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align outreach with campaigns and messaging

    Track all activity, pipeline stages, and performance metrics in CRM systems

    Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets

    Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities as needed

    Qualifications & Experience

    1–3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account growth

    Experience selling marketing services, digital solutions, SaaS, or professional services preferred

    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

    Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills

    Experience using CRM systems and sales tools

    Willingness to travel within Florida as needed

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
