    • AllSearch Recruiting, an award winning 23-year-old Professional Search Firm, has an immediate opening for a fully remote Business Development Representative to join our team and drive growth. This role is crucial for expanding our client base and building strong relationships within the market. The Business Development Representative will report directly to the Director of Business Development and will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities for our professional search services.
    • This is a sales-focused role with a strong emphasis on building relationships and understanding client needs. The Business Development Representative will utilize a consultative sales approach, acting as a trusted advisor to potential clients. They will use the phone, video/virtual meetings, email, networking events (virtual and in-person as appropriate), and other means to connect with decision-makers and generate new business. A significant portion of the role involves telephone communication.
    • This role will be part of the Business Development team and will have individual performance goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and research potential clients within target industries and markets.
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
    • Qualify leads and assess their needs for professional search services.
    • Conduct introductory meetings and presentations to potential clients, showcasing AllSearch Recruiting's value proposition.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
    • Collaborate with recruiters to understand their areas of expertise and effectively match client needs with candidate qualifications.
    • Manage the sales pipeline and track progress towards goals using CRM software.
    • Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
    • Attend industry events and network (virtually and in-person as appropriate) to build relationships and generate leads.
    • Provide regular reports to the Director of Business Development on sales activity, pipeline, and results.
    • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
    • Proactively seek opportunities to expand existing client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
    • You are active & engaged throughout the day (with the exception of lunch and approved PTO) meaning;
      • You are responsive & proactive in your communication with your manager & co-workers during core business hours and, actively seek to collaborate throughout the day
      • You respond to requests from your supervisor & team in a timely manner
      • You answer/ return client and candidate calls & messages within a reasonable timeframe
      • You utilize and respond to internal messaging
      • You actively participate in weekly team meetings & trainings with camera turned on the majority of the time & adding value to the conversation when appropriate.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or a related field in a business-to-business setting, OR 2+ years of experience in a telephone-heavy B2B customer service role. Experience within the staffing or recruiting industry is a plus.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets or demonstrating strong customer relationship management in a phone-centric environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including presentation and negotiation skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
    • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
    • Comfortable with making cold calls and networking.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.

    Compensation:

    • For this role, AllSearch offers a competitive base salary in the 55k - 65k/year range, plus a commission structure based on performance along with some additional bonus opportunities throughout the year.
