The Role We are hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) responsible for generating new business opportunities by making outbound calls and setting appointments for our Outside Sales Representatives.
This is a high-activity sales role that requires persistence, confidence, and the ability to handle rejection while staying positive and focused.

Typical daily activity: • 80–150 outbound calls • Identifying potential commercial clients • Speaking with decision makers • Scheduling qualified intro meetings for outside sales
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in high-volume outbound sales environments such as payroll, uniform services, telecom, insurance, SaaS, copier sales, or call centers.
Responsibilities • Make 80–150 outbound prospecting calls daily • Identify potential commercial clients and decision makers • Qualify prospects and schedule intro meetings for outside sales • Handle objections and gatekeepers professionally • Maintain accurate call tracking in CRM • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful appointments • Consistently meet call and appointment goals
What We're Looking For • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day • Strong communication and objection-handling skills • Highly motivated and competitive mindset • Resilient and able to handle rejection • Organized and able to track activity in CRM systems • Sales, call center, or appointment-setting experience preferred
Backgrounds that often succeed in this role include: ADP, Paychex, Cintas, UniFirst, telecom sales, insurance sales, SaaS SDR/BDR roles, and outbound call centers.
Compensation & Benefits Base salary (based on experience) + performance bonuses tied to appointments set and qualified opportunities.
