    Wholesale Business Development Specialist

    Tyler, Longview + surrounding areas | Field-Based

    This is NOT a sit-back-and-wait sales job. This is for the rep who creates deals, owns their territory, and wins.

    If you’re a true outside sales hunter who thrives on building relationships in the field and closing real business—you’ll fit right in.

    What You’ll Do

    • Hunt and close new B2B accounts (builders, contractors, investors, dealers)
    • Live in the field: job sites, cold calls, referrals, networking
    • Sell flooring + cabinets based on value—not price
    • Build a $100K+/month territory within 12–15 months
    • Own your pipeline, schedule, and results

    What It Takes

    • Bilingual: English + Spanish
    • Proven outside sales / business development mindset
    • You prospect daily (20–25 touches/week minimum)
    • You handle rejection and keep moving
    • You’re respected by contractors and blue-collar pros
    • You close—and build long-term relationships

    What Success Looks Like

    • Month 1: Open 5–10 new accounts
    • Month 3: Build $50K pipeline
    • 6 Months: $250K+ in revenue
    • 12–15 Months: $750K–$1M+ book of business
