Job Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with customers, referral partners, and community leaders Promote PuroClean services through outreach, presentations, and events Coordinate lunch-and-learns, CE classes, and client appreciation events Educate clients on the restoration process and how we serve during emergencies Identify new business opportunities through networking and lead generation Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service Track activity, goals, and performance in CRM or sales tools Represent the brand with professionalism, empathy, and integrity
Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for helping others and giving back to the community Ability to lead presentations and build rapport with diverse audiences Self-starter who is organized, reliable, and goal-driven Willingness to learn the restoration industry from the ground up Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred (but not required) Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience Familiarity with CRM tools or client management platforms Experience in restoration, insurance, construction, or real estate fields
