Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions • Proactively reach out to potential clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities to expand the client base • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify clients' financial goals and recommend appropriate insurance products • Consider clients’ life stage, professional circumstances, and changing financial needs when developing tailored financial plans to suit their needs • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for achieving sales targets and enhancing client satisfaction • Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide clients with the most up-to-date information and advice • Utilize New York Life's financial planning tools to create personalized insurance plans that align with clients' long-term objectives • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company Qualifications: We’re looking for individuals who are: • Passionate about helping others succeed financially • Business-minded and results-driven • Strong communicators with excellent relationship-building skills • Interested in long-term growth and potential leadership opportunities • Self-disciplined, goal-oriented, and resilient • Committed to continuous learning and development • Comfortable working independently and within a team Additional Qualifications: • Bilingual abilities are a plus • Sales or financial services experience is helpful, but not required • Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory) • Willing to obtain a state Life & Health license (training/licensing sponsored) Compensation: $70,000 - $120,000 yearly
