    Robinson & Casey, PLLC is seeking a relationship-driven, community-focused Business Development Representative to join our team. This field-based role is ideal for someone with a background in treatment or behavioral health who thrives on building partnerships, supporting families, and working alongside providers. You will represent the firm in the tri-county area with occasional statewide travel to connect with referral sources and spread awareness about our specialized legal services. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with behavioral health providers, clinicians, hospitals, interventionists, and treatment centers • Represent the firm at local and statewide events, conferences, and networking functions • Schedule and deliver presentations and educational trainings for referral partners • Act as a trusted liaison between the firm and community partners • Provide insights to the internal team on trends and emerging needs in the treatment landscape • Use CRM tools to document outreach efforts and manage partner relationships • Coordinate with legal and marketing teams to support firm growth and messaging Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in the behavioral health or treatment space (e.g., admissions, outreach, clinical liaison, or provider relations) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Familiarity with the Marchman Act or similar systems of care preferred but not required • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in the field • Willingness to travel across the tri-county region with occasional travel across Florida • Professional, compassionate, and mission-aligned Compensation: $85,000
