    Job Description

    About the Role

    We're a growing insurtech company transforming the life insurance industry through digital-first products and streamlined, tech-enabled solutions. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our Chief Growth Officer (CGO) in accelerating outreach, opening new doors, and getting in front of the right decision-makers.

    In this role, you’ll be the engine behind scheduling high-impact conversations with carriers, distributors, and reinsurers. The CGO brings deep industry knowledge who leads external conversations. We need someone who can drive the activity behind the scenes: making the first contact, conducting outreach, doing the research, and managing follow-through so our CGO can focus on closing.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead outbound outreach efforts to generate interest in our digital life insurance solutions
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and calls for the CGO with carriers, distributors, and reinsurers
    • Research strategic targets and key contacts across the industry
    • Tailor outreach using an existing message framework while adapting for tone, relevance, and audience
    • Track, prioritize, and maintain follow-ups across channels (email, LinkedIn, CRM, etc.)
    • Attend calls and meetings (as needed) to support the CGO, take notes, and assist with follow-up actions
    • Maintain organized records of outreach, responses, and scheduling progress
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to stay aligned on messaging and partner targeting
  • Qualifications

    What You Bring

    • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar outreach-focused role (bonus if in insurtech, fintech, or life insurance)
    • Strong communication skills and confidence reaching out to senior-level contacts
    • A self-starter who thrives on making first contact and opening doors for others to close
    • Experience working with a CRM and comfort tracking multi-channel outreach
    • A quick learner with an understanding of how digital insurance products are sold and distributed
    • Naturally curious, solutions-oriented, and eager to grow your industry network
    • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and shows up with professionalism and respect in every interaction

    Salary

    $60,000 annually + performance based incentives

    Work Arrangement

    Hybrid, 1-2 days in office
