    You do not need to be the technical expert in HVAC/mechanical systems. Our operations and estimating teams will support the technical side. We’re looking for the person who can open doors, build relationships, create opportunities, and represent the company well.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility managers, general contractors, plant managers, and commercial/industrial clients

    Generate new business opportunities through networking, outreach, events, jobsite visits, and relationship-building

    Represent the company at industry events, lunches, happy hours, association meetings, and client outings

    Help identify opportunities for both construction and service work

    Follow up with leads and help guide prospects through the early sales process

    Coordinate with internal operations/estimating teams once projects move into technical discussions

    Maintain communication with existing clients to strengthen long-term partnerships

    Help grow brand presence and market visibility throughout the Chicagoland area

    Track activity, relationships, and opportunities in CRM/software systems

    Bring positive energy and professionalism while helping grow the business

    What We’re Looking For

    Outgoing, personable, confident personality

    Someone who naturally connects with people and builds relationships easily

    Motivated, self-driven, and comfortable networking/socializing

    Sales, promotions, hospitality, recruiting, account management, or business development experience preferred

    Experience in brand ambassador/promotional/event marketing roles is a plus

    Commercial construction, HVAC, mechanical, or industrial exposure is a bonus, but not required

    Strong communication and follow-up skills

    Comfortable being out in the field meeting people regularly

    Team-first mentality with a humble attitude

    Someone who can have fun, fit the culture, but still execute at a high level
