Role Mission Statement:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the frontline of our sales efforts, focusing on generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach. Your primary goal will be to fill our sales team's calendars with qualified appointments by engaging potential clients through outbound cold calling. You will be instrumental in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment where your efforts set the tone for our client experience, brand reputation, and long-term success.
