You will need strong communication skills to cold call real estate brokerages and confidently secure strategy meetings with key decision makers like brokers and sales managers. We need a relentless professional who knows how to effectively pitch the massive value of booking Coach Vanda for their upcoming office events and training sessions. Our ideal candidate has prior B2B sales or cold calling experience, handles rejection like a pro, and absolutely loves engaging with people on the phone. Responsibilities: • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting by calling real estate brokerages to secure speaking engagements, along with occasional targeted outreach to other lead lists. • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries by contacting warm leads as they enter our system to successfully book strategy sessions and sales calls. • Implement a relentless, multi-channel follow-up strategy utilizing phone calls, text messages, and emails to consistently get busy decision makers on the line. • Manage and organize our CRM system daily to accurately track all conversations, scheduled appointments, and future follow-up tasks so no opportunity is missed. • Actively participate in our ongoing sales training and coaching sessions to master your craft, refine your scripts, and continuously increase your conversion rates. Qualifications: Requirements: • Proven experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, or appointment setting. • Exceptional verbal communication skills with the confidence to speak directly and professionally to high-level decision-makers like Brokers and Sales Managers. • Strong ability to navigate gatekeepers, handle objections smoothly, and pivot conversations to secure the appointment. • Highly motivated, competitive, and target-driven; you must be hungry to succeed and excited to maximize your earnings through performance-based incentives. • Basic proficiency with CRM software and standard sales communication tools (email platforms, dialers, and calendar management). • Resilient and persistent attitude, comfortable with high-volume outreach, and completely unbothered by rejection. Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
